Using SwayFolio

SwayFolio is a mobile app for creating and exporting carousel images. You are responsible for the photos and other content you use, including having the rights to use and share them. Do not use the app in a way that violates others' rights or applicable law.

Your content

Your projects and imported photos remain yours. The app stores them locally on your device; you are responsible for keeping device backups where appropriate. We do not claim ownership of your creative work.

Optional subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. The price, billing period, trial terms (if any), and renewal details are shown by Apple or Google before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew according to those terms until canceled through your app store account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Purchases and restores require a network connection.

Availability and updates

Features and platform availability may change as SwayFolio develops. We may update the app and these terms; the date above indicates the latest terms posted here.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SwayFolio is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or that every device and file format will be supported. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
